City of Lester Prairie Ordinance 257 - LIQUOR LICENSE RESIDENCY REQUIREMENT

ORDINANCE NO. 257
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 6, SECTION 6.2.7 OF THE LESTER PRAIRIE MUNICIPAL CODE WITH REGARD TO LIQUOR LICENSE RESIDENCY REQUIREMENT
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LESTER PRAIRIE ORDAINS:
Section 1. Section 6.2 of the Lester Prairie Municipal Code, specifically Subdivision 6.2.7.1 shall be deleted in its entirety and there inserted in its place shall be the following:
“Section 6.2.7.1 Persons who do not reside in the State of Minnesota as their principle domicile.”
Section 2. Section 6.2.9.12 shall be deleted and there inserted into its place shall be the following:
“6.2.9.12 Each license holder shall have on file with the City Clerk current name(s), telephone numbers, and addresses for the license holder(s). In addition, current name(s), telephone numbers, and addresses for all on site managers and staff in charge that can be contacted.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force following its passage and publication.
Adopted this 5th day of December, 2005.
