ORDINANCE NO. 260 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE WATER RATES AND SEWER RATES IN THE CITY OF LESTER PRAIRIE AND AMENDING THE MUNICIPAL CODE ACCORDINGLY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LESTER PRAIRIE ORDAINS: Section 1. Section 2.4 of the Municipal Code WATERWORKS, Subdivision 2.4.16, shall be amended so that the figures of “$2.80” and “$20.00” shall be deleted and there inserted in their place shall be the figures of “3.00” and “$22.50” respectfully. Section 2. Section 2.6 of the Municipal Code SANITARY SEWER SYSTEM, Subdivision 2.6.9.6 shall be amended so that the figures of “$20.00” and “$3.80” shall be deleted and there inserted in their place shall be the figures of “30.00” and “$4.00” respectfully. Section 3. Section 2.6 of the Municipal Code SANITARY SEWER SYSTEM, Subdivision 2.6.9.6 shall further be amended so that the figures of “$2.75” shall be deleted and there inserted in their place shall be the figures of “$3.50”. Section 4. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force the 1st day of July, 2006, following its passage and publication. Adopted by the City Council this 8th day of May, 2006.
