ORDINANCE NO. 271 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE SEWER RATES IN THE CITY OF LESTER PRAIRIE AND AMENDING THE MUNICIPAL CODE ACCORDINGLY THE CITY OF LESTER PRAIRIE ORDAINS: Section 1. Section 2.6 of the Municipal Code SANITARY SEWER SYSTEM, Subdivision 2.6.9.6 shall be amended so that the words and figures of “Seventy Five Dollars ($ 75.00) per quarter” shall be deleted and there inserted in their place shall be the words and figures of “Twenty-five ($25.00) per month.” Section 2. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its Passage and publication. Adopted this 13th day of August, 2007.
