ORDINANCE NO. 295
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 5, SPECIFICALLY SECTION 5.1.2 GENERAL REGULATIONS, SPECIFICATION SECTION 5.1.2(b) IN THE CITY OF LESTER PRAIRIE AND AMENDING THE MUNICIPAL CODE ACCORDINGLY
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LESTER PRAIRIE ORDAINS:
Section 1. Section 5.1.2 (b) under Exempted Work, shall be amended so the last line is deleted and there inserted in its place is the following:
“The setback requirements shall not apply to B-1 CENTRAL BUSINESS DISTRICTS however, any fence exceeding 6 (six) feet in height shall require a building permit and comply with the Building Code.”
Section 2. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
Adopted this 11th day of October, 2011.
