(Alcoholic Beverages)

CITY OF NEW GERMANY CARVER COUNTY, MINNESOTA

July 1, 2003

AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE HOURS OF OPERATION AND DAYS OF SALE OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES IN THE CITY OF NEW GERMANY AND REPEALING PRIOR INCONSISTENT ORDINANCES.

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NEW GERMANY, CARVER COUNTY, MINNESOTA, ORDAINS:

Section 1. Hours of Sale. The hours and days allowed for the sale of alcoholic beverages, including intoxicating liquor, 3.2 percent malt liquor and wine, in the City of New Germany, shall be those as allowed by Minnesota Statutes Section 340A.504 as may be amended from time to time.

Section 2. Provisions of Prior Ordinances Repealed. All provisions of prior ordinances inconsistent with the provisions of this ordinance are repealed.

Section 3. Effective Date. This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its passage and publication according to law.

Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of New Germany, Minnesota, this 1st day of July, 2003.
