NOTICE
Light of Christ Lutheran Church/Headstart is in the process of developing a wellhead protection plan for its drinking water supply well. Consistent with the Wellhead Protection Rule (4720.5330, subpart 7), a Public Information Meeting has been scheduled for June 18, 2009 at 6:00 PM at Light of Christ Lutheran Church located at 3976 County Line Road S.E., Delano, MN to discuss issues and concerns with this plan. The public is invited to participate at this event.

NOTICE OF HEARING ON PETITION FOR ADJUDICATION OF INTESTACY, DETERMINATION OF HEIRSHIP, AND APPOINTMENT OF PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE IN SUPERVISED ADMINISTRATION AND NOTICE TO CREDITORS
TO ALL INTERESTED PERSONS AND CREDITORS:
Notice is hereby given that on the 23rd day of July, 2009, at 1:30 o’clock p.m., a hearing will be held in the above Court at Buffalo, Minnesota, for the adjudication of intestacy and determination of heirship and for the appointment of Kimberly K. Pivec whose address is 10999 82nd St. SW, Howard Lake, Minnesota, 55349-5311, as a personal representative of the estate of the above named decedent in supervised administration, and that any objection thereto must be filed with the Court. That, if proper, and no objections are filed, said personal representative will be appointed to administer the estate, to collect all assets, pay all legal debts, claims, taxes and expenses, and sell real and personal property, and do all necessary acts for the estate. Upon completion of the administration, the representative shall file a final account for the allowance and shall distribute the estate to the persons thereunto entitled as ordered by the Court, and close the estate.
Notice is further given that ALL CREDITORS having claims against said estate are required to present the same to said personal representative or the Court Administrator within four months after the date of the notice or said claims will be barred.
