PUBLIC HEARING – MINOR SUBDIVISION
CITY OF NEW GERMANY
Notice is hereby given; the City Council of the City of New Germany will hold a public hearing at 7:00 pm, Tuesday, August 11, 2009 at the New Germany City Hall located at 300 Broadway Street East, New Germany, Minnesota. The purpose of the hearing is to consider a minor subdivision for property located at 257 State Ave North within the City of New Germany municipal limits.
The legal description of the property is as follows:
Commencing at the Northwest corner of Section 4, Township 116, Range 26; thence running South on Section line 1266.625 feet to a point; thence East 430.1 feet; thence North 1266.625 feet to the North line of said Section 4; thence West on North line of Section 430.1 feet to place of beginning.
