An application for a variance to the Winsted Zoning Ordinance has been submitted by Doug Pawelk of, 470 5th St. N., Winsted, MN 55395.
The application, if approved, would authorize:
The construction of a shed to be located inside the front setback line by fourteen (14) ft. adjacent to Fairlawn Avenue. The ordinance requires a thirty (30) ft. front setback to any public way.
