CITY OF DELANONOTICE OF PUBLIC ACCURACY TEST FOR PRIMARY ELECTION
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Delano City Clerk will hold a Public Accuracy Test on the M100 Vote Tabulator on August 9, 10:00 AM at City Hall, 234 2nd Street North, Delano. The public is invited to attend.

RESOLUTION NO. 2010-19A RESOLUTION APPROVING PUBLICATION OF ON-STREET PARKING ORDINANCE NO. 2010 – 05 BY TITLE AND SUMMARY
WHEREAS, on July 13, 2010 the City Council of the City of Loretto adopted Ordinance No. 2010-05, an Ordinance Regulating On-Street Parking; and
WHEREAS, Minnesota Statutes Section 412.191, subd.4 allows publication by title and summary in the case of lengthy ordinances upon a vote or 4/5 of the city council; and
WHEREAS, the City Council believes that the following summary would clearly inform the public of the intent and effect of the ordinance.
NOW THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LORETTO:
1. The City Council of the City of Loretto has adopted Ordinance No. 2010-05, an Ordinance Regulating On-Street Parking. The Ordinance establishes general on-street parking prohibitions and regulations pertaining to parking after snowfall, parking of recreational vehicles and boats on the street, parking hours and other matters related to parking on public roads.
2. The City Clerk is directed to publish this resolution in lieu of publication of the entire ordinance.
3. The City Clerk is directed to post a copy of the entire text of Ordinance No. 2010-05 on the City Hall bulletin board for a period of not less than thirty (30) days. In addition, a printed copy of Ordinance No. 2010-05 is available for inspection by any person during regular office hours at Loretto City Hall.
Whereupon, said Resolution is hereby declared adopted this 13th day of July, 2010.

PUBLIC NOTICECITY OF MONTROSE WILL CONDUCT PUBLIC ACCURACY TESTING.
The City of Montrose will test its voting equipment on Wednesday, August 4, 2010 at 9:00 a.m. The testing will be conducted at the Montrose Community Center, 200 Center Avenue S., Montrose. The public is welcome to attend.

Independent School District 879, Delano Public Schools Monday, June 28, 2010
The regular meeting of the Board of Education of Independent School District 879, Delano, Minnesota, was held on Monday, June 28, 2010, at the Delano City Hall. The meeting was called to order by the chair at 7:00 PM with the following members in attendance: Douglas, Johnson, Milano, Bodin, Osmon, Seguin and Brasket. Absent: None

CONSENT AGENDA (approved unanimously)
Board approved the regular meeting minutes of 5-26-10, the current budget status with year to date adjustments, wire transfers, Minnesota Liquid Assets fund, cash report, revenue and expense fund totals, expense reports and disbursements; and donations.
PERSONNEL
Board approved retirement of DMS Asst. Prin., resignation of 3 DES Paras; Hired: DHS Spec Ed Techer, DES Speech Pathologist, 6th Gr Teacher, DMS Spec Ed Teacher, 5th Gr Teacher, DMS Targeted Services Teachers, DMS para, DMS Long-term sub and TKC Student Aide; Contract changes: ECFE, Tech Support Specialist, Dist. Comm. Coord and Adult Aide, Tiger Kids Club Coord. and Admin goals for 09-10.
ADMINISTRATIVE AND BOARD REPORTS
Board heard the following administrative reports: Supt. Sweet reported on a Veterans Day Scholarship Program and Q-Comp report; ES Prin Darren Schuler; absent; MS Prin Renee Klinkner reported on 2009-10 highlights; HS Prin Matt Schoen reported on graduating and Model Schools Conf; Activities Dir gave a program review; Business Mgr reported on budget; and CE Director reported on a Central MN Arts Board grant and 2009-10 Improvement Plan.
Board heard reports from board members regarding MAWSECO, Wright Technical Center, Community Educ Advisory Council, Curriculum Advisory Council, Schools for Equity in Educ., Delano Area Sports Arena, Safe Schools, Staff Dev. and City/School Task Group.

FRANKLIN TOWNSHIP Notice of Electronic Voting System Public Accuracy Test (PAT)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on Thursday, August 5, 2010 at 3:30 p.m. the Electronic Voting System Public Accuracy Test will be conducted at the Franklin Township Hall located one mile south of the Delano Dairy Queen—8735 on Wright County Road #16. This test is to insure the integrity of the State Primary Election that will be held on Tuesday, August 10, 2010. The public is invited to view this test.
