SUMMONS
THE STATE OF MINNESOTA TO THE ABOVE NAMED DEFENDANTS:
You are hereby summoned and required to serve upon Plaintiff’s attorney an answer to the Complaint which is herewith served upon you, within 20 days after service of this Summons upon you, exclusive of the day of service. If you fail to do so, judgment by default will be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
This action involves, affects or brings into question real property situated in the County of Wright, State of Minnesota, described as follows:
That part of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 35, Township 119 North, Range 26 West of the 5th Principal Meridian, described as follows:
Commencing at the northwest corner of that particular parcel of land described in Book 78 of Deeds, page 401, files of the County Recorder, Wright County, Minnesota, which shall be described herein as “The Street Parcel”; thence northerly a distance of 151.45 feet to the southeast corner of Outlot B, COUNTRY VIEW ESTATES, according to the recorded plat thereof, said Wright County; thence northerly a distance of 17.29 feet along the easterly line of said Outlot B to the southwest corner of Lot 10, Block 2, said COUNTRY VIEW ESTATES; thence easterly a distance of 95.00 feet along the southerly line of said Lot 10 to the angle point in the southerly line of said Lot 10; thence southerly a distance of 210.0 feet along a westerly line of said Block 2 and its southerly extension to an angle point in the boundary of said COUNTRY VIEW ESTATES; thence westerly a distance of 54.11 feet along the boundary of said COUNTRY VIEW ESTATES to the intersection with the easterly line of “The Street Parcel”; thence northerly a distance of 41.72 feet along said east line of “The Street Parcel” to the northeast corner of “The Street Parcel”; thence westerly a distance of 40.00 feet along the north line of “The Street Parcel” to the point of beginning. Except that part described in Book 302, Page 906, files of said County Recorder.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the objective of said action is to obtain a judgment declaring that plaintiff is the owner in fee of the property described above, and that the defendants, and each of them, have no right, title, estate, interest, or lien in or upon the said real estate.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that no personal claim is made by the plaintiff against any of the defendants.
