CITY OF KINGSTONASSESSMENT NOTICE

COUNTY OF MEEKER)
Notice is hereby given, that the Local Board of Appeal and Equalization of the City of Kingston in Meeker County, Minnesota, will meet at the Kingston Community Center at 7:00-7:30 p.m., on Monday, the 19th day of April, 2010. The purpose of this meeting is to determine whether taxable property in the city has been properly valued and classified by the assessor, and also to determine whether corrections need to be made.
If you believe the value or classification of your property is incorrect, please contact your assessor’s office to discuss your concerns. If you are still not satisfied with the valuation of classification after conferring with your assessor, you may appear before the local board of appeal and equalization. The board shall review the valuation, classification, or both if necessary, and shall correct it as needed. Generally, an appearance before your local board of appeal and equalization is required by law before an appeal can be taken to your county board of appeal and equalization.
No complaint that another person is assessed too low will be acted upon until the person so assessed, or his agent, shall have been notified of such complaint.

ASSESSMENT NOTICECOKATO TOWNSHIP
Notice is hereby given, that the Local Board of Appeal and Equalization of the Township of Cokato of Wright County, MN will meet on Tuesday, April 20, 2010 at 7:00 PM at the Cokato Township Hall for the purpose of reviewing and correcting the assessment of said township for the year 2010. All persons considering themselves aggrieved by said assessment or who wish to complain that the property of another is assessed too low are hereby notified to appear at said meeting and show cause of having such assessment corrected.
No complaint that another person is assessed too low will be acted upon until the person so assessed, or his agent, shall have been notified of such complaint.

This may affect your 2011 property tax payments.
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Appeal and Equalization for French Lake Township shall meet on April 22nd , 2010 at 1 PM at the French Lake Township Hall.
