CALL FOR QUOTES

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
The City Council of the City of Lester Prairie will receive quotes at the office of the City Clerk until noon on Friday, May 7th, 2010, for the described local improvement: milling, overlay, pothole repair, railroad track removal, and patching of various streets within the City. Quote documents may be obtained from the City Clerk’s Office located at 37 Juniper Street North between 8 a.m. and 3 p.m. Monday through Friday. Quotes shall be directed to the City Clerk’s Office, securely sealed and endorsed upon the outside wrapper stating “Street Repairs Project”. Immediately following the expiration of the time for receiving quotes, the quotes will be publicly opened in the council chambers at city hall. The City Council will consider such quotes in the council chambers at their May 11th, 2010 meeting at approximately 7:30 p.m. The City Council reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotes and to waive any informalities.
