ORDINANCE NO. 288
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER SIX, SPECIFICALLY SECTION 4.5 OF THE LESTER PRAIRIE MUNICIPAL CODE
The City Council of the City of Lester Prairie hereby ordains:
Section 1. Section 4.5 Weight Restrictions, Truck Routes, Truck Parking and Truck Traffic, specifically Subsection 4.5.6, shall be amended so that the following shall be deleted in its entirety:
“Hickory Street between First Avenue North and Second Avenue South”
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in force and in effect from and after its passage and publication.
Adopted this 8th day of June, 2010.
