CITY OF WAVERLY
PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
VARIANCE REQUEST
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Waverly Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing at 7:00 p.m. in the council chambers of Waverly City Hall on Thursday, July 15, 2010 to consider a variance request submitted by Ash and Shelly Stoesz for the property located at 5479 Dempsey Avenue, Waverly, Minnesota.
The variance, if granted, would allow the construction of an addition to the existing cabin and an addition to the existing garage. A variation of the regulations in the Waverly Zoning Ordinance is proposed including the distance to the lake, side and front yard regulations, and excess of the 25% impervious surface coverage regulation.
Interested parties are invited to attend the public hearing in person or by agent or attorney to provide comments in favor or in opposition of the proposed variance application.
