Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of New Germany will hold two public hearings starting at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 7, 2010, at the New Germany City Hall located at 300 Broadway Street East, New Germany, Minnesota.
The purpose of the hearings are as follows:
A. To consider an amendment to Ordinance No. 38A - City of New Germany Zoning Ordinance to allow boathouses, club houses and other similar uses as a conditional use within the R-1 Single Family Residential Zoning District.

Larson, a single person, as mortgagor, in favor of KleinBank, a Minnesota banking corporation, as mortgagee, dated December 9, 2005, and recorded on December 20, 2005, as Document No. 991185, as modified by that certain modification of mortgage dated April 24, 2007, and recorded on May 3, 2007, as Document No. 1052097, both in the Office of the County Recorder in and for Wright County, Minnesota (collectively, “Mortgage”). 6. The original principal amount secured by the Mortgage was: $140,100.47.
7. No action or proceeding at law is now pending to recover the debt secured by the Mortgage, or any part thereof.
8. The holder of the Mortgage has complied with all conditions precedent to acceleration of the debt secured by the Mortgage and foreclosure of the Mortgage and all notice and other requirements of applicable statutes.
