Planning and Zoning Commission
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Waverly Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing at 7:00 p.m. in the council chambers of Waverly City Hall on Thursday, September 16, 2010 to consider a variance request submitted by Richard Ragan for the property located at 103 Pacific Avenue, Waverly, Minnesota.
The variance, if granted, would allow reconstruction of the existing residence that was destroyed by fire. A variation of the building setback in the Waverly Zoning Ordinance is proposed. The corner lot requires a front yard setback of 30 feet on the east side in relation to 1st Street S. The proposed setback is 25 feet.
Interested parties are invited to attend the public hearing in person or by agent or attorney to provide comments in favor or in opposition of the proposed variance application.
