CITY OF DELANONOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Delano Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing in the Council Chambers at Delano City Hall, 234 2nd Street North, on Monday, March 14, 2011, at 7:00 PM or there soon after as the parties may be heard to consider a request from Jen Shultz, owner of and doing business as Lil’ Explorers Daycare for the property located at 305 – 13th Street South, for a Site and Building Plan Review in accordance with Section 51.02. Subd F. and for a Conditional Use Permit within the B-2 General Business District, Section 51.21, Subd. D. 3. for a Commercial Day Care Facilities per the City of Delano Zoning and Land Use Code, and for a Preliminary and Final Plat of Outlot B, (107101-000020) of Delano west Crossing to be known as Delano West Crossing 2nd Addition, Block 1 Lot 1 per the City of Delano’s Subdivision and platting Ordinance Number O-03-05 dated March 13, 2003, Subd 4 and 5.
All interested parties or individuals are hereby notified and invited to present their oral or written comments at said public hearing.

City of LorettoNotice of Public Hearing
Official notice is hereby given, that the Loretto City Council will hold a public hearing on the Annual Storm Water Pollution Prevention Program (SWPPP) on Tuesday, March 8, 2011 at Loretto City Hall at 7:30 p.m., or as soon as the matter may be heard. The purpose of the SWPPP Annual Meeting is to discuss the progress of implementing the program.
Interested residents and business owners are encouraged to attend.

RESOLUTION NO. 2011-04MOTION BY MEMBER: Lohr SECONDED BY MEMBER: Tepfer A RESOLUTION APPROVING PUBLICATION OF ORDINANCE NO. 2011-01, AMENDING SECTIONS 420:00, 420:35, SUBD.5 AND ADDING A NEW SECTION 420:71 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LORETTO, MINNESOTA REGULATING INTERIM USES BY TITLE AND SUMMARY
WHEREAS, on February 8, 2011, the City Council of the City of Loretto adopted Ordinance No. 2011-01, that adopts regulations concerning Interim Uses in the City of Loretto; and
WHEREAS, Minnesota Statutes Section 412.191, subd.4 allows publication by title and summary in the case of lengthy ordinances upon a vote or 4/5 of the city council; and
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 2011-01 is three pages in length; and
WHEREAS, the City Council believes that the following summary would clearly inform the public of the intent and effect of the ordinance.
NOW THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LORETTO:
1. The City Council of the City of Loretto has adopted Ordinance No. 2011-01, which amends the Loretto City Code as follows: amends section 420:00 adding definitions of Interim Use and Interim Use Permit; amends section 420:35 to allow “small recreational vehicle repair conducted inside a building, including snowmobiles, ATV’s, and motorcycles” as an Interim Use in the General Commercial District; and adds a new section 420:71 setting forth new regulations concerning Interim Use Permits.
2. The City Clerk is directed to publish this resolution in lieu of publication of the entire ordinance.
3. The City Clerk is directed to post a copy of the entire text of Ordinance No. 2011-01 on the City Hall bulletin board for a period of not less than thirty (30) days. In addition, a printed copy of Ordinance No. 2011-01 is available for inspection by any person during regular office hours at Loretto City Hall.
Whereupon, said Resolution is hereby declared passed on this 8th day of February, 2011
