Invitation to Comment on a Proposed Wireless Telecommunications Facility
Interested persons are invited to comment on the wireless telecommunications facility proposed to be constructed at 5280 County Line Road in Delano, MN, with respect to impacts on historic properties located at or near this facility, if any. The facility will consist of constructing a 160 foot tall monopole and placing the associated equipment cabinet on the ground level near the base of the tower. Comments regarding potential effects to historic properties should be submitted by mail to Regulatory Compliance Manager at 2001 Butterfield Rd, Ste. 1900, Downers Grove, IL 60515, or by calling (630)-960-8400. Questions about this facility or this notice may also be directed to that address or phone number. This notice is provided in accordance with the regulations of the Federal Communications Commission, 47 C.F.R. Part 1, Subpart I and Appendices B and C.

AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF DELANO, MINNESOTA, AMENDING CITY CODE CHAPTER 4 BY ADDING SECTION 416.05 RELATING TO PLUMBING PLAN REVIEWS AND INSPECTIONS; AND ADOPTING BY REFERENCE CITY CODE CHAPTER 1 AND SECTION 105.01 WHICH, AMONG OTHER THINGS, CONTAIN PENALTY PROVISIONS.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DELANO, MINNESOTA, ORDAINS:
A. Ordinance O-11-03 is lengthy.
B. A printed copy of the Ordinance shall be made available for inspection by any person, during regular business hours, at the Office of the City Clerk, and a copy of the entire text of the Ordinance shall be posted in the City Offices.
C. Summary: It is the intent and effect of Ordinance O-11-03 to establish a plumbing plan review and inspection program in the City of Delano that is administered and enforced by the City, as permitted in Minnesota Statute Section 326B.41, Subd. 2.
D. Effective Date: This Ordinance shall take effect upon passage and publication.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Montrose City Council will meet at 7:00 p.m. on the 8th day of August, 2011 at the Montrose Community Center to consider vacation of that portion of the following described easement:
Vacate that part of the 20.00 foot wide utility easement lying in the West Half of the Southwest Quarter of Section 36, Township 119, Range 26, Wright County, Minnesota, recorded as Document No. 714981 in the office of the County Recorder, described as follows: Commencing at the northwest corner of Lot 1, Block 1, Lemmerman Industrial Park, according to the recorded plat thereof, Wright County, Minnesota; thence South 01 degree 09 minutes 38 seconds East, plat bearing, along the west line of said Lot 1, a distance of 234.79 feet; thence North 89 degrees 09 minutes 17 seconds West, a distance of 112.89 feet; thence South 78 degrees 21 minutes 11 seconds West, a distance of 135.00 feet; thence South 88 degrees 04 minutes 32 seconds West, a distance of 76.53 feet to the point of beginning of the centerline of that part of the easement to be vacated; thence continue South 88 degrees 04 minutes 32 seconds West, a distance of 239.20 feet and terminating thereat. The side lines of said easement to be vacated shall be lengthened or shortened to terminate at a line bearing South 00 degrees 03 minutes 10 seconds East and North 00 degrees 03 minutes 10 seconds West from said point of beginning; and South 01 degree 01 minute 09 seconds East and North 01 degree 58 minutes 40 seconds West from said point of termination.
The scheduled hearing is for the purpose of determining whether the above described easement should be vacated. Such persons who desire to be heard with reference to this proposed vacation will be given the opportunity to be heard at this public hearing.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Wednesday, August 10, 2011 at a special meeting of the Montrose Planning and Zoning Commission meeting which will begin at 6:00p.m. a public hearing will be held at the Montrose Community Center to consider granting a variance to Xcel Energy.
