Whereas, a public hearing was held at 7 p.m., Monday, February 14th, 2011; and
Whereas, the Cokato City Council accepted public testimony on the formal designation of a new street or roadway in the vicinity of Pleasant View & East US Highway 12; and
Now Be It Resolved that the Cokato City Council, Wright County, Minnesota does hereby approve the designation of a new street or roadway as Clarke Lane
Adopted by the Cokato City Council, Wright County, Minnesota this 14th day of March, 2011.

ASSESSMENT NOTICECOKATO TOWNSHIP
Notice is hereby given, that the Local Board of Appeal and Equalization of the Township of Cokato of Wright County, MN will meet on Tuesday, April 12, 2011 at 7:00 PM at the Cokato Township Hall for the purpose of reviewing and correcting the assessment of said township for the year 2011. All persons considering themselves aggrieved by said assessment or who wish to complain that the property of another is assessed too low are hereby notified to appear at said meeting and show cause of having such assessment corrected.
No complaint that another person is assessed too low will be acted upon until the person so assessed, or his agent, shall have been notified of such complaint.

Notice of Public HearingOrdinance for Franchise Renewal with Northern States Power Company(D/B/A) Excel Energy
Notice is hereby given the Cokato City Council, Wright County, Minnesota will conduct a public hearing at 7 p.m., Monday April 11th, 2011. The purpose is to consider an ordinance granting Northern States Power, a Minnesota Corporation, permission to construct, operate, repair and maintain in the city an electric distribution system including necessary poles, lines, fixtures and apparatuses for the furnishings for electric energy, its inhabitants and others to use the public grounds and ways for such purposes.
All persons wishing to be heard regarding this proposed ordinance renewal will have an opportunity to do so at the public hearing. Written comments may also be submitted at anytime prior to the city council meeting.
