Notice is given that on 5-26-11, at 1:30 p.m., a hearing will be held in this Court at Wright County Courthouse, Ten Second Street, Buffalo, Minnesota, for the formal probate of an instrument purporting to be the Will the Decedent, dated June 10, 2002, and for the appointment of Harlan Kotila whose address is 13472 70th Street SW, Cokato, NM 55321 and Gordon Kotila whose address is 741 County Road 3 SW, Cokato, MN 55321, as personal representatives of the Estate of the Decedent in an UNSUPERVISED administration. Any objections to the petition must be filed with the Court prior to or raised at the hearing. If proper and if no objections are filed or raised, the personal representatives will be appointed with full power to administer the Estate, including the power to collect all assets, pay all legal debts, claims, taxes and expenses, to sell real and personal property, and do all necessary acts for the Estate.
Notice is also given that (subject to Minn. Stat. 524.3-801) all creditors having claims against the Estate are required to present the claim to the personal representative or to the Court Administrator within four months after the date of this Notice or the claims will be barred.

Notice of Public HearingOrdinance for Franchise Renewal with Northern States Power Company(D/B/A) Excel Energy
Notice is hereby given the Cokato City Council, Wright County, Minnesota will conduct a public hearing at 7 p.m., Monday, May 9th, 2011. The purpose is to consider an ordinance granting Northern States Power, a Minnesota Corporation, permission to construct, operate, repair and maintain in the city an electric distribution system including necessary poles, lines, fixtures and apparatuses for the furnishings for electric energy, its inhabitants and others to use the public grounds and ways for such purposes.
All persons wishing to be heard regarding this proposed ordinance renewal will have an opportunity to do so at the public hearing. Written comments may also be submitted at anytime prior to the city council meeting.

Swimming Lesson Notice
Kingston Township will begin to take swimming lesson sign up starting May 1, 2011. The swimming lessons will be held at Watkins pool from June 6 - 16, in the afternoon, Monday through Thursday. The swimming lessons are for residents/property owners in Kingston Township. Any child not included in this description will be charged a fee. Call township clerk at 398-8400 to sign up your child. There will be no sign up through Watkins pool for Kingston Township.

Dust Coating Notice
The Kingston Township board is offering dust coating to rural township residents located on township roads. Each rural residence would be provided 300’ x 18’ application rate for township road. The cost to property owners will be 50%. Property owners may elect to have additional dust coating at full cost. If you are interested in this service contact Gail Schiefelbein 398-8400 ASAP. All information and payment must be received by May 20. Application will not be provided without payment in full.
