NOTICE AND ORDER OF HEARING ON PETITION FOR PROBATE OF WILL AND APPOINTMENT OF PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE AND NOTICE TO CREDITORS
ESTATE OF AUDREY JANE PEARSON, AKA AUDREY J. PEARSONDECEDENT
It is Ordered and Notice is given that on June 6. 2011 at 8:45 a.m. a hearing will be held in this Court at 325 N. Sibley Ave. Litchfield, Minnesota, for the formal probate of an instrument purporting to be the will of Decedent, dated 11/18/96 and for the appointment of Beverly J. Pearson whose address is: 71248 190th Street, Dassel, MN
as personal representative of the Estate of the Decedent in an UNSUPERVISED administration. Any objections to the petition must be filed with the Court prior to or raised at the hearing. If proper and if no objections are filed or raised, the personal representative will be appointed with full power to administer the Estate, including the power to collect all assets, pay all legal debts, claims, taxes and expenses, to sell real and personal property, and do all necessary acts for the Estate.
Notice is also given that (subject to Minn. Stat. 524.3801) all creditors having claims against the Estate are required to present the claims to the personal representative or to the Court Administrator within four months after the date of this Notice or the claims will be barred.

NOTICE TO STOCKHOLM TOWNSHIP RESIDENTS
Per the request of the residents during our Annual Meeting, there will be a Special Hearing held on Tuesday, May 24, 2011 at 7:00pm to discuss recommendations for the Township Board regarding the ongoing Town Hall possibilities. UNOFFICIALSCHOOL BOARD MINUTES I.S.D. #466, BOARD OF EDUCATION 7:00 PM SPECIAL BOARD MEETING, MONDAY, APRIL 11, 2011 DIStRICT BOARD ROOM COKATO, MN
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the Board of Education of Independent School District No. 466 (Dassel-Cokato, Minnesota) was duly held in the District Board Room, Cokato, Minnesota, on Monday, April 11, 2011.
Board Chairman Kevin Bjork called the meeting to order at 7:00 PM.
The following members were present: Clemen, McConkey, Tormanen, Bjork, Linder and Bender. The following were absent: none. Members of the community and administration were also present.
The meeting began with the pledge of allegiance.
Motion by Linder, seconded by Tormanen, accepting the agenda as printed. Motion carried unanimously.
Dakota Hanson received the February Russell A. Johnson Courtesy and Respect Award, son of Mr. and Mrs. Carl Hanson of Cokato.
Two middle school students reported on life at the middle school including things they liked and disliked.
Five high school students reported on life at the high school including things they liked and disliked.
NHS Advisor Ring and two NHS members reported on their February trip to Washington D.C.
Curriculum Director Force led a presentation on the science curriculum that was adopted last year. Teacher from each level presented their thoughts on the curriculum.
Business Manager Palmer presented a preliminary budget forecast for the 2011-12 school year.
Superintendent Powers reviewed progress on the district goals with support from the administrators. He recommended that the goals remain in place for the 2011-12 school year and that a strategic planning retreat be planned for February of 2012 to develop goals for 2012 -13. The board agreed with the continuation of the goals and the strategic planning retreat.
Being no further business the meeting adjourned at 9:05 PM

DUST CONTROL FOR STOCKHOLM TOWNSHIP RESIDENTS
Stockholm Township is taking orders for Dust Control. The cost is $.55 per foot. If you would like dust control applied please call the Township Hall at 286-5125 or pick up an order form from the Town Hall. The Order Date and Payment Deadline will be Thursday, May 12, 2001 and you must be paid in full before the dust coating will be applied. Both ends of desired footage must be staked out in advance.
