NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
A Public Hearing will be held by the City of Winsted Planning Commission on Wednesday, August 10th, 2011 at 6:00 P.M. in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 201-1st Street North, to consider the proposed repeal of Section 1501 of the Zoning Ordinance and replacement with language proposed in an amended ordinance. The repeal/replacement of Section 1501 will provide for administrative permits/process, temporary structures, and the issuance of interim use permits. The amended ordinance will also update standards relating to nonconformance, processing of conditional use permits, processing of site plans, processing of variances, and processing of zoning ordinance text and rezoning amendments.
