NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a hearing will be held before the City Council on the 20th day of September, 2011, in the City Hall located at 625 8th Avenue, Howard Lake, Minnesota, at 7:00 p.m. to consider a proposed vacation of the drainage and utility easements located within Lot 2, Block 1, HOWARD LAKE INDUSTRIAL PARK, according to plat of record in the office of the Wright County Recorder, except therefrom the two following described areas of said drainage and utility easements located within said Lot 2, Block 1, HOWARD LAKE INDUSTRIAL PARK:
