Notice is hereby given, that on Tuesday, November 8, 2011 the Middleville Township Board of Adjustment will hold a hearing at the Middleville Township Hall at 8:00 pm to consider the following item:
Sam Gruenhagen is requesting an appeal of a 1982 Board of Adjustment ruling that there be no new residential building site on the property, which is located in the SE of section 22, Middleville Twp. This is PID #212-000-4203. He also wishes to make a new property division of approximately three acres in the southwest corner of the property. This would require a variance, since there is not the required road frontage for neither the existing parcel nor the proposed new parcel.
Such persons that desire to be heard with reference to the proposed CUP and/or variance will be heard at this time. If you do not attend the hearing or submit written comment, it will be assumed that you have no objections to the proposal.

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 10 OF ARTICLE V BUILDING SEWERS AND CONNECTIONS OF ORDINANCE CHAPTER 10.03 ADOPTED DECEMBER 18, 2007, AND ENTITLED “REGULATING THE USE OF PUBLIC AND PRIVATE SEWERS AND DRAINS, PRIVATE WASTEWATER DISPOSAL, THE INSTALLATION AND CONNECTION OF BUILDING SEWERS, AND THE DISCHARGE OF WATERS AND WASTES INTO THE PUBLIC SEWER SYSTEM.”
The City Council of Howard Lake ordains:
Section 1. Section 10 of Article V Building Sewers And Connections of Ordinance Chapter 10.03 adopted December 18, 2007, and entitled “Regulating The Use Of Public And Private Sewers And Drains, Private Wastewater Disposal, The Installation And Connection of Building Sewers, And The Discharge of Waters and Wastes Into The Public Sewer System” is amended in its entirety to read:
Section 10. No person(s) shall make connection of roof downspouts, foundation drains, areaway drains, or other sources of surface runoff or groundwater to a building sewer or indirectly to the wastewater disposal system, except as permitted by the City Council on a case by case basis.
Section 2. This ordinance becomes effective from and after its passage and publication.

ZONING ORDINANCE
CITY OF NEW GERMANY
Notice is hereby given that the New Germany City Council will hold a public hearing at 7:00 p.m., on Tuesday, November 15, 2011 at the New Germany City Hall located at 300 Broadway Street East, New Germany, Minnesota. The purpose of the hearing is to consider adopting 1) a new zoning ordinance to replace Ordinance No. 38A with amendments that currently governs land uses within the City, and 2) a new Official Zoning Map.
Copies of proposed Ordinance No. 100 – Zoning Ordinance and the proposed Official Zoning Map are available for review at the City Hall during normal business hours.
All interested parties are urged to attend this public hearing and give verbal or written testimony.
