Assessment NoticeCokato Township
Notice is hereby given, that the Local Board of Appeal and Equalization of the Township of Cokato of Wright County, MN will meet on Tuesday, April 10, 2012 at 7:00 PM at the Cokato Township Hall for the purpose of reviewing and correcting the assessment of said township for the year 2012. All persons considering themselves aggrieved by said assessment or who wish to complain that the property of another is assessed too low are hereby notified to appear at said meeting and show cause of having such assessment corrected.
No complaint that another person is assessed too low will be acted upon until the person so assessed, or his agent, shall have been notified of such complaint.

Public NoticeCity of KingstonOrdinance No. 2012-01An Ordinance relating to the regulation of the floodplain:Summary of Ordinance
This ordinance adopts a model floodplain ordinance provided by the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources. The Ordinance provides the general regulations for development in areas located in the floodplain, addresses potential conflicts with other City Ordinances, delineates permitted uses, provides provisions for variances, regulates non-conformities and outlines penalties for violations. A printed copy of the entire text of the Ordinance is available for inspection by any person during regular office hours at the office of the City Clerk.
The Ordinance was adopted by the City Council of Kingston on March 19, 2012.

Public HearingLot Split at 690 CSAH #4
Notice is hereby given that the Cokato Planning & Zoning Commission will conduct a public hearing at 6 p.m., Monday, April 9th, 2012 in the Council Chambers to consider an application from Reed Carlson for a Lot Split at 690 CSAH #4 for future sale of building and land.
Persons wishing to be heard regarding the application will have an opportunity to do so at the public hearing.
