IN RE: ESTATE OF :MARY JANE L. PARR, DECEDENT
NOTICE OF INFORMAL PROBATE OF WILL AND INFORMAL APPOINTMENT OF PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE AND NOTICE TO CREDITORS
Notice is given that an Application for Informal Probate of Will and Informal Appointment of Personal Representative was filed with the Registrar, along with a Will dated June 8, 2006. The Registrar accepted the application and appointed Justin A. Meske, whose address in 2833 - 70th Street NE, Plato, MN 55370, to serve as the personal representative of the decedent’s estate.
Any heir, devisee of other interested person may be entitled to appointment as personal representative or may object to the appointment of the personal representative. Any objection tot he appointment of the personal representative must be filed with the Court, and any properly filed objection will be heard by the Court after notice is provided to interested persons of the date of hearing on the objection.
Unless objections are filed, and unless the Court orders otherwise, the personal representative has the full power to administer the estate, including, after (30) days from the issuance of letters testamentary, the power to sell, encumber, lease, or distribute any interest in real estate owned by the decedent.
Notice is further given that, subject to Minn. Stat. § 524.3-801, all creditors having claims against the decedent’s estate are required to present the claims to the personal representative to the Court within four (4) months after the date of this notice of the claims will be barred.

Kingston Township Seal Coating
Kingston Township is soliciting quotes to seal coat and overlay two roads in the township. There will be a minimum of three miles per project. Certificate of liability insurance must accompany all quotes. Kingston Township Dust Control
Kingston Township is offering dust control to township residents. The township will pay the cost for the first 300’ and if resident wants additional dust control, they would pay full cost. If a township resident is interested in dust control, please call township clerk at 320-398-8400 for cost of dust control. All money must be in to township clerk by May 25 to have the dust control applied. Send to Kingston Township 35359 – 732 Avenue, Kimball, MN 55353.

French Lake Township Notice of Dust Control
French Lake Township residents can sign up for dust control on gravel roads.
The policy is for a minimum of 100’, with the township paying for the first 50’ of application. The cost this year is .50 cents per foot with an 18’ wide travel surface. Please mail your check to the Clerk by May 30th, 2012. Also please mark off the distance to be sprayed.

PUBLIC NOTICECity of Dassel Hearing to Consider Amendment to Dassel Code 32.03, B.
The Dassel City Council will conduct a public hearing at 7:00 pm on May, 21st, 2012 for consideration of an amendment to Dassel City Code 32.03, B. Meeting frequency considered for change to once quarterly from the monthly requirement under current language.
All interested parties are encouraged to attend the meeting if they wish to be heard. A copy of the proposed ordinance amendment language is available at the office of the Dassel City Clerk for review.
This public hearing is duly called by order of the Dassel City Council.
