The School Board of Independent School District No. 2687 of Howard Lake, MN will receive estimates for grass mowing and trimming, for the 2012 season. Estimates will be accepted until 10:00 am, Monday, April 2, 2012 at the District Office, P.O. Box 708, 801 8th Ave., Howard Lake, MN 55349; please mark estimates “Lawn Care Estimate 2012”.
Complete specifications and estimate forms are available at the District Office. The administration and school board reserves the right to reject any or all estimates and to waive any irregularities or technicalities.

ON THE MODIFICATION OF HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY PROJECT NO. 2 AND THE ESTABLISHMENT OF TAX INCREMENT FINANCING DISTRICT NO. 2-16 THEREIN
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council (the “Council”) of the City of Howard Lake, Wright County, Minnesota, will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, April 3, 2012, at 7:00 p.m., at the Howard Lake City Hall in the City of Howard Lake, Minnesota, relating to the (a) the proposed modification of Housing and Redevelopment Authority Project No. 2, (b) the adoption of a modified Redevelopment Plan related thereto, (c) the proposed establishment of Tax Increment Financing District No. 2-16, and (d) the adoption of the Tax Increment Financing Plan relating thereto, all pursuant to and in accordance with Minnesota Statutes, Sections 469. 469.001 to 469.047 and 469.174 to 469.1799, as amended (collectively, the “Act”). Copies of the modified Redevelopment Plan and Tax Increment Financing Plan as proposed to be adopted will be on file and available for public inspection at the office of the City Administrator at City Hall.
The property included in Tax Increment Financing District No. 2-16 is described in the Tax Increment Financing Plan on file in the office of the City Administrator. A map of the proposed Tax Increment Financing District is set forth below:

(Hereinafter the “Subject Property” and the “Correct Legal Description”).
The purpose of this action is to obtain an Order as follows:
1. Reforming the MERS Mortgage dated December 8, 2006, recorded December 15, 2006 as Document No. 1036342 to reference the Correct Legal Description as follows:
Lot 66, Block 7, Sunset Ponds, CIC No. 76, according to the recorded plat thereof, Wright County, Minnesota.
2. Further reforming the MERS Mortgage dated December 8, 2006, recorded December 15, 2006 as Document No. 1036342 to reference as borrowers Ronald F. Parish, married, and Angela M. Kimmerle, single.
3. Determining that the MERS Mortgage dated December 8, 2006, recorded December 15, 2006 as Document No. 1036342 is a valid and enforceable purchase money mortgage and did not require the signature of Amy Cooke.
4. Reforming the Partial Release of Mortgages dated December 12, 2006, recorded January 31, 2007 as Document No. 1041553, to reference the Correct Legal Description as follows:

5. Determining that the Construction Mortgages Document Nos. 950062 and 950063 are no longer encumbrances against the Subject Property.
