Carol Moorhead is requesting a variance for the purpose of splitting off the west approximately 6 acres of her parcel which is adjacent to Matt Wente’s property on the north side at 2228 Co. Rd 5 SW in Section 17, Middleville Township. She is proposing to keep a thirty foot strip on the north side of said property to provide access to the remaining property to the east.
Matt Wente is requesting a variance for the purpose of increasing his home property from ten acres to approximately sixteen acres.
