On Wednesday, October 24, 2012, a public accuracy test of the electronic voting equipment will be held. The public accuracy test will be held in the Hollywood Town Hall at 3:30 pm. The Hollywood Town Hall is located at 15855 County Road 122.

Any objections to the petition must be filed with the Court prior to or raised at the hearing. If proper, and if no objections or claims are filed or raised, the Court may issue a decree distributing or assigning the Estate’s assets.

(add the following as an Accessory Conditional Use to a “Commercial Outdoor Recreation” use:)
Athletic Complex – Accessory to Commercial Outdoor Recreation and subject to the following conditions:
(1) Must be located within an area designated for future city expansion as described within the Wright County Land Use Plan and within a radius of 1.5 miles of cities with a population of no less than 5000 people.
(2) Not to include restaurants or retail stores, but may be allowed to have concessions and sales of sports memorabilia related to events and/or groups operating the athletic complex (i.e. programs, shirts, seat cushions, rain gear). The complex may not be used for any other events other than what was approved on the Conditional Use Permit.
(3) This use is accessory to a commercial outdoor recreation use and will require a separate conditional use permit to operate.
Add the following to Section 302. DEFINITIONS:
Athletic Complex – Buildings, facilities, fields or courts related to outdoor sports directly related to activities associated with commercial outdoor recreation as defined herein.
At the conclusion of the Public Hearing, the Wright County Planning Commission will make a recommendation and referral for final action to the County Board of Commissioners of Wright County.
