NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a special election has been called and will be held in and for Independent School District No. 424 (Lester Prairie), Minnesota, on Wednesday, January 16, 2013 between the hours of 12:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. to vote on the following question:

Shall the School Board of Independent School District No. 424 (Lester Prairie), Minnesota, be authorized to use $755,445.83 in bond proceeds remaining from its $4,275,000 General Obligation Alternative and Capital Facilities Bonds, Series 2012A for acquisition and betterment of school facilities, including fire sprinkler system installation, asbestos remediation, roof replacement, and plumbing system replacement?
