FRANKLIN TOWNSHIP ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS2013 DUST CONTROL
Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received by Franklin Township Clerk/Treasurer until 5:00 p.m. (CST), Monday, March 4, 2013 for the furnishing of all labor and material for the purpose of applying an 18 foot wide (as directed by township) application of dust control materials to approximately 60 miles (more or less) of gravel/granite roads in Franklin Township, Wright County, Minnesota.
Contract Documents may be seen at the office of the Township Clerk/Treasurer 545 Elm Avenue E, Delano, Minnesota 55328. Appointments requested 763-972-3741.
Bids shall be directed to the Township Clerk/Treasurer, 545 Elm Avenue E, Delano, MN 55328 securely sealed, and endorsed upon the outside wrapper “BID FOR 2013 DUST CONTROL.” Clerk must be in receipt of bid on or before the due date & time set forth in this notice. All bids will be publicly opened and read aloud on Monday, March 4, 2013 at 7:00 p.m. (CST) at the Township Hall, 8735 Wright County Road 16, Delano, Minnesota 55328.
The Township reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive irregularities and informalities therein and to award the contract in the best interest of the Township.

Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received by Franklin Township Clerk/Treasurer until 5:00 p.m. (CST), Monday, March 4, 2013 for the furnishing of all product, labor and material for the purpose of product purchase, loading & hauling approximately 17,000 tons (plus or minus) of Class 2 granite. This approximately 17,000 tons of Granite is to be purchased, loaded and hauled in BELLY DUMPS and applied to earmarked Franklin roads in Franklin Township, Wright County, Minnesota.
