Request for Quotes for
Bread and Milk
Notice is hereby given that quotes will be received by the Delano Public Schools, Independent School District #879, for bread and milk products for the 2013-2014 school year. Quotes will be received at the Delano Public Schools District Office, 700 Elm Ave E, Delano, MN 55328 until 12:00 p.m., on Friday, May 31, 2013. Quotes will be acted upon at the regular board meeting, Monday, June 24 2013. Quotes are to be clearly marked on the outside of the envelope, “QUOTE – DO NOT OPEN”. The agent shall not withdraw quotes for a period of 30 calendar days after opening of quotes.
Quote requirements and specifications are available for interested vendors at the Delano Public Schools District Office, 700 Elm Ave E, Delano, MN 55328 or by calling Mary Reeder at 763-972-3365 ext. 2118.
The Board reserves the right to reject any and all quotes or parts of such quotes, accept quotes it deems to be in its best interest, to waive any informalities or irregularities in quotes submitted and waive minor irregularities or discrepancies in quote procedure.

CITY OF MONTROSE
WRIGHT COUNTY, MINNESOTA
AN ORDINANCE AMENDMENT ESTABLISHING SINGLE-FAMILY
DETACHED DWELLINGS AS A
PERMITTED INTERIM USE THE
B-1, CENTRAL BUSINESS
ZONING DISTRICT

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF MONTROSE
DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 1070-5 of the Montrose Zoning Ordinance (B-1 District Interim Uses) is hereby amended to read as follows:
1070-5: INTERIM USES: Subject to applicable provisions of this Ordinance, the following are interim uses in a B-1 District and require an interim use permit based upon procedures set forth in and regulated by Chapter 1006 of this Ordinance:
A. Wind energy conversion systems (WECS) as regulated by Chapter 1029 of this Ordinance.
B. Single-family detached dwellings provided that:
1. The single family residential use shall occupy an existing structure.
2. The structure was most recently utilized as a single-family dwelling and permit approval will not prompt a conversion from a previous commercial use.
3. The interim use permit for the single-family residential use shall terminate upon the occurrence of the following, whichever occurs first:
a. The property is redeveloped to a permitted or conditional use allowed in B-1 zoning district.
b. Five (5) years elapse from the date of permit approval.
4. Normal maintenance to the structure shall be allowed subject to applicable building code and permit requirements.
5. Alterations which expand the building foundation and/or building volume are prohibited.
6. The construction of detached accessory structures or movement of prefabricated accessory structures upon the site shall be prohibited.
7. The dwelling shall be occupied exclusively by one (1) family.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force after its passage and publication.
ADOPTED this 13th day of May, 2013 by the City Council of the City of Montrose.

ORDINANCE NO. 2013-03
ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER
30: GENERAL UTILITY PROVISIONS

THE MONTROSE CITY COUNCIL, WRIGHT COUNTY, MINNESOTA ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS:
30.07 BILLING, PAYMENT AND DELINQUENCY.
E). On the twenty-fourth day of the month a Late Fee Penalty will be applied to all utility accounts that are past due. In addition, a delinquency notice will be generated and mailed stating that the utility service will be disconnected on the fifth day of the following month if the utility bill is not paid.
If the twenty-fourth day falls on a Saturday, Sunday or legal holiday the Late Fee Penalty and delinquency notice will be generated on the next regular business day.
If the fifth day of the following month falls on a Saturday, Sunday or legal holiday the utility services will be disconnected on the next regular business day.
Effective Date. This ordinance shall take effect from and after its passage and publication.
Motion by Czanstkowski, seconded by Krotzer to adopt the above Ordinance 2013-03 and the following voted as follows:
