NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Delano Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing in the Council Chambers at Delano City Hall, 234 2nd Street North, on Monday, August 12, 2013, at 7:00 PM or soon thereafter as the parties may be heard, to consider a text amendment to the City of Delano Land Use and Zoning Code and Alcoholic Beverages Code to allow for Brew Pubs and Growlers licenses as Conditional Use Permits in the B-4, Central Business District.
All interested parties or individuals are herby notified to present their oral or written comments at said Public Hearing.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Delano Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing in the Council Chambers at Delano City Hall, 234 2nd Street North, on Monday, August 12, 2013, at 7:00 PM or soon thereafter as the parties may be heard, to consider a request from Delano Areas Sports Area and the Delano Public Schools located at 654 Tiger Drive and legally described as PID number 107500-121200 Section 12, Township 118, Range 25, unplatted lands within the City of Delano 25.00 acres west 25 acres of northwest quarter of the northeast corner for a conditional use permit for public and semi-public recreational buildings and facilities as regulated by Section 51.08, Subd D. 3 and 6., and for an exception to the exterior building elevations to allow for a metal building in a R-2 Residential District as regulated by 51.03, Subd. C., of the City of Delano’s Land Use and Zoning Code.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Delano Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing in the Council Chambers at Delano City Hall, 234 2nd Street North, on Monday, August 12, 2013, at 7:00 PM or soon thereafter as the parties may be heard, to consider a request from Shawn Kirschner, of Delano Retail (aka Verizon) and Lobeco LLC, for an Administrative Subdivision as regulated by the City of Delano Subdivision and Platting Ordinance number 0-03-05, a Site and Building Permit review as regulated by Section 51.03, Subd. F., and an amendment to the existing Planned Unit Development (PUD) to allow for shared parking and access as regulated by 51.03, Subdivision E. of the City of Delano’s Land Use and Zoning Code for property located at 1005 Crossing Way and legally described as PID number 107101-001030 Lot 3, Block 1, Delano West Crossing.
