NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Delano Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing in the Council Chambers at Delano City Hall, 234 2nd Street North, on Monday, October 14, 2013, at 7:00 PM or soon thereafter as the parties may be heard, to consider a request from JEN-JEFF LLC, owners of parcels addressed as 976 and 984 Sundrop Court, and legally described as Lots 26 and 27, Block 1, Westridge Hills Fourth Addition (PID # 107086-001260 and 107086-001270), respectively for an amendment to the Plan Unit Development by adjusting the front yard setback as regulated and established in the Westridge Hills 4th Addition Planned Unit Development.
All interested parties or individuals are herby notified to present their oral or written comments at said Public Hearing.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Delano City Council will hold a Public Hearing in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 234 2nd Street North, on Tuesday, October 15, 2013, at 7:00 PM or as soon thereafter as the parties may be heard, to consider a request from Delano Hotel Partners for the vacation of a drainage and utility easement near the center of the parcel Delano West Crossing, Lot 2, Block 1, (PID # 107101-001020) to consider adopting the following Resolution for said vacation.
RESOLUTION R-13-
RESOLUTION VACATING A DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENT FOR PROPERTY LOCATED WITHIN DELANO WEST CROSSING ADDITION.
WHEREAS, a request for vacation of a drainage and utility easement was received from Delano Hotel Partners, the area legally described as follows:
EASEMENT VACATION DESCRIPTION
The drainage and utility easement, over, under and across, the property dedicated on the recorded plat of near the center of the parcel Delano West Crossing, Lot 2, Block 1, (PID # 107101-001020)
WHEREAS, published and mailed notice as required by law of the hearing was given on September 23, 2013; and
WHEREAS, the Delano Planning Commission considered the vacation and found the proposed vacation consistent with the 2030 City of Delano Comprehensive Plan on September 9, 2013, and
WHEREAS, the hearing was held on October 15, 2013, at which time all persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DELANO, COUNTY OF WRIGHT, STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1. The City of Delano hereby finds that it is in the public interest to vacate said drainage and utility easements as described in Exhibit A attached.
2. The City of Delano hereby vacates said drainage and utility easement as described in Exhibit A attached. Subject to replacing the drainage and utility easement along the westerly edge of the Lot 2, Block 1, Delano West Crossing to the City of Delano as described in Exhibit B attached.
3. The City Clerk shall prepare a Notice of Completion of the Proceedings of Vacation in accordance with law and file said Notice with the County Auditor and County Recorder of Wright County.
ADOPTED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL THIS 15th DAY OF OCTOBER 2013.
