NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Delano City Council will hold a Public Hearing in the Council Chambers at Delano City Hall, 234 2nd Street North, on Tuesday, November 19, 2013, at 7:00 PM or soon thereafter as the parties may be heard, to consider an amendment to the City of Delano Land Use and Zoning Code Section 51.03 Subd. F., which regulates the Site and Building Plan and Design Standards within the City Central Business District.
All interested parties or individuals are herby notified to present their oral or written comments at said Public Hearing.

CITY OF DELANOCOUNTY OF WRIGHTSTATE OF MINNESOTA
ORDINANCE O-13-07
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF DELANO, MINNESOTA AMENDING CITY CODE CHAPTER 5, SECTION 506.01 RELATING TO INSTALLMENT PAYMENT OF LIQUOR LICENSE FEES.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DELANO, MINNESOTA ORDAINS:
Section 1. City Code Chapter 5, Section 506.01, Subd. 6 A “License Fee” is hereby amended by deleting the fourth sentence of the second paragraph which reads as follows:
“If a licensee fails to make an installment payment, the license may be revoked pursuant to Section 511.01.”
and replacing it with the following:
“If a licensee fails to make an installment payment or makes an installment payment after the first of the month, the licensee shall be charged a late fee of 20% of the installment payment. If a licensee makes an installment payment by check and the check is dishonored, the City may refuse to accept any future payments by check and may require that all future installment payments be made by cash or cashier’s check. The City shall inform the licensee of such a decision in writing. In addition, if a licensee fails to make an installment payment, makes an installment payment after the first of the month, fails to pay the late fee, or pays with a check that is dishonored, the license may be revoked pursuant to Section 511.01.”
Section 2. This ordinance shall become effective from and after its passage and publication.
