FOR PROBATE OF WILL AND APPOINTMENT OF PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVES AND NOTICE TO CREDITORS
It is Ordered and Notice is given that on May 7, 2013, at 9:00 a.m., a hearing will be held in this Court at Ten Second Street NW, Room 201, Buffalo, Minnesota, for the formal probate of an instrument purporting to be the Will of the Decedent dated, November 27, 2000, and codicils to the will, dated December 23, 2003, (“Will”), and for the appointment of Barbara Kaczmarek, whose address is 650 Lee Avenue SE, P.O. Box 217, Cokato, MN, 55321 as Personal Representative of the Estate of the Decedent in a SUPERVISED administration.
Any objections to the petition must be filed with the Court prior to or raised at the hearing. If proper and if no objections are filed or raised, the Personal Representative will be appointed with full power to administer the Estate including the power to collect all assets, to pay all legal debts, claims, taxes and expenses, to sell real and personal property, and to do all necessary acts for the Estate.
Notice is also given that (subject to Minn. Stat. 524.3-801) all creditors having claims against the Estate are required to present the claims to the Personal Representative or to the Court Administrator within four months after the date of this Notice or the claims will be barred.

French Lake Township Assessment Notice
Important Information Regarding Assessment and Classification of Property
This may affect your 2014 property tax payments.
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Appeal and Equalization for French Lake Township shall meet on Wednesday, April 10th, 2013 at 1:00 PM at the French Lake Township Hall. The purpose of the meeting is to determine whether taxable property in the jurisdiction has been properly valued and classified by the assessor, and to determine whether corrections need to be made.
If you believe the value or classification of your property is incorrect, please contact your assessor’s office to discuss your concerns. If you are still not satisfied with the valuation or classification after discussing it with your assessor, you may appear before the local board of appeal and equalization. The board shall review the valuation, classification, or both if necessary, and shall correct it as needed. Generally, an appearance before your local board of appeal and equalization is required by law before an appeal can be taken to the county board of appeal and equalization.

ISD 466 Call for Bids
On Vocational House
VOCATIONAL HOUSE: Bids will be accepted until Wednesday, April 10, 2013 at 3:00 pm CDT for the purchase of a three bedroom, 30x50 or 1,500 sq. ft. home constructed by Dassel-Cokato vocational carpentry students. Minimum bid is $36,000 plus MN Sales Tax, which is currently 6.875% for a total of $38,475. Features include:
• Maintenance free metal soffit and fascia
• Maintenance free Certain Teed vinyl siding
• Andersen High Performance windows
• Electrical wiring performed by Lite Electric, Inc.
• Insulation is blown fiberglass with walls having R-23 and ceilings R-44, under the care of Ricky’s Insulation

All necessary inspections have been completed by the MN Department of Labor and Industry. The home may be viewed by contacting Steve Ellis at D-C High School. All Bids must be submitted to Tina Palmer, Business Manager, ISD #466, 4852 Reardon Ave SW, Suite 1700, Cokato, MN 55321 and clearly marked “Vocational House Bid”.
All bids must state the bid price with an addition of the applicable state sales tax and the total of the bid plus tax. All bids must be accompanied by a cashier’s check payable to ISD #466 in the amount of 5% of the bid. This bid security will be kept by the district as liquidated damages in the event the high bidder does not purchase the house. The District reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject any or all bids. The successful bidder must pay for the house by June 28, 2013 or forfeit bid security.
The house must be removed from school property by August 9, 2013, otherwise penalties will apply. Bids will be opened at 3:00 pm CDT, April 10, 2013 in the Dassel-Cokato Board Room and tabulated for the Board of Education consideration on Thursday, April 25, 2013, at 7:00 p.m.

7:00 PM SPECIAL BOARD MEETING, MARCH 11, 2013 DASSEL-COKATO BOARD ROOM
In partnership with our communities, Dassel-Cokato Public Schools will provide all learners opportunities designed to maximize their potential and promote lifelong learning.
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the Board of Education of Independent School District No. 466 (Dassel-Cokato, Minnesota) was duly held in the Dassel-Cokato Board Room, Cokato, Minnesota, on Monday, March 11, 2013.
Board Chairman Bjork called the meeting to order at 7:00 PM.
The following members were present: Bjork, Clemen, Tormanen, Linder, McConkey and Bender. The following were absent: none. Members of the administration and public were also present.
The meeting began with the pledge of allegiance.
Motion by Linder, seconded by Clemen, accepting the agenda as printed. Motion carried unanimously.
Superintendent Powers presented use of the 2007 Operating Levy and Business Manager Palmer gave a brief presentation on operating levy and bond passage rates. The board discussed options for the fall 2013 operating levy.
Being no further business, the meeting adjourned at 8:42 PM.

7:00 PM REGULAR BOARD MEETING, FEBRUARY 28, 2013 DASSEL-COKATO BOARD ROOM
In partnership with our communities, Dassel-Cokato Public Schools will provide all learners opportunities designed to maximize their potential and promote lifelong learning.
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Board of Education of Independent School District No. 466 (Dassel-Cokato, Minnesota) was duly held in the Dassel-Cokato Board Room, Cokato, Minnesota, on Thursday, February 28, 2013.
Chairman Bjork called the meeting to order at 7:00 PM.
The following members were present: Tormanen, McConkey (left at 8:03), Bjork, Linder, and Bender. The following were absent: Clemen. Members of the administration and public were also present.
The meeting began with the pledge of allegiance.
Motion by Linder, seconded by Tormanen, accepting the agenda as printed. Motion carried unanimously.
Hannah Richardson received the January Russell A. Johnson Courtesy and Respect Award, daughter of Syneva and the late Jefferey Richardson of Dassel.
Motion by Bender, seconded by McConkey, approving payment of bills as presented including payroll, hand payables and contingency totaling $2,127,030.63. Motion carried unanimously. (A complete list of bills is available from the District Office for review.)

Curriculum Advisory Committee (CAC) Report: None
Technology Report: None
MAWSECO Report: Vice Chair Tormanen reported on the 2/26/13 meeting which included: child count analysis, federal reductions (sequestration), and 2013-14 staffing,
Community Education Report: Board Member McConkey reported on the February meeting which included: upcoming plays and a vision / mission work session with Dr. Bruce Miles.
Business Manager’s Report: Business Manager Palmer reported expenditures are in line with budget through the end of the eighth month of the fiscal year and reviewed the investment report with the board.
Superintendent’s Report – Superintendent Powers reported on: High School German and Activities
SEE – Board Clerk Bender reported on the February SEE General Membership meeting which included a presentation on Early Childhood Programming.
Motion by Tormanen, seconded by McConkey approving all consent items, which included approval of the minutes from the January 24, 2013 Regular Board Meeting and the February 11, 2013 Special Meeting.
Approval of Wire transfers made on January 25th for $100,000, January 30th for $515,000, February 1st for $45,000, February 8th for $20,000, February 11th for $500,000 and February 14th for $700,000. Personnel Items: Employment of Todd Lundeen as a district groundskeeper effective 3/15/2013, Employment of Anne Kivisto as a Special Needs Paraeducator at Dassel Elementary, Approval of the Spring 2013 List of Coaching Assignments, Request Approval of an Unpaid Medical Leave for Brenda Anderson, Paraeducator at Cokato Elementary from 3/8/13 through 5/31/2013, Approve Resignation Request from Linnea Manske as a Cokato Elementary Paraeducator effective 3/8/2013. Acceptance of Donations: From Cokato Dairy Queen - $222.50 to Cokato Elementary, From Cokato Dairy Queen - $222.50 to Dassel Elementary, From Cokato Licensing - $500 to Long Lake scholarship fund, From George & Jane Keith - $2,000 to activity scholarship fund, From Lake Region Coop - $10,000 to the scholarship fund, From Valdin & Bonni Buchmeier – a Gemeinhardt flute to the HS instrumental program, From Deb Connor – a bass guitar & Yamaha alto saxophone to the HS instrumental program. Motion carried unanimously.
Superintendent Powers briefly reviewed the operating levy topics that will be addressed during the March 11 Special Board Meeting.
Motion by Linder, seconded by Bender, approving the 2012-13 Revised Budget. Business Manager Palmer presented the revised budget explaining the areas that varied from the original budget. Motion carried unanimously.
Motion by Bender, seconded by Linder approving the addition of an extracurricular Adaptive Bowling program for the spring of 2013. Motion carried unanimously.
Motion by Tormanen, seconded by Linder approving the Assignment of Vincent Pokornowski as the adaptive bowling coach. Motion carried unanimously.
Board Chair Bjork moved the March regular board meeting from 3/28/2013 to 3/19/2013 because of spring break.
The March 11, 2013 Special Board Meeting Agenda will include Fall 2013 Operating Levy.
Being no further business, the meeting adjourned at 8:15PM.

Notice is hereby given that the Local Board of Appeal and Equalization of the Township of Cokato of Wright County, MN will meet on Tuesday, April 9, 2013 at 7:00 PM at the Cokato Township Hall for the purpose of reviewing and correcting the assessment of said township for the year of 2013. All persons considering themselves aggrieved by said assessment or who wish to complain that the property of another is assessed too low are hereby notified to appear at said meeting and show cause of having such assessment corrected.

Notice of Gravel Bids
Kingston Township
Kingston Township is asking for sealed bids on screening, loading, hauling and spreading of class 5 gravel, on roads in Kingston Township. All bids must be in the form of cubic yards. Include in your bid the cost of class 5 for road work assistance, wash out, frost boils, emergency calls and you must work with our township board and grader operator. We will ask for random tests on gravel loads being hauled. A certificate of Insurance and general liability must accompany bids. The township board will not accept any bids that include a surcharge for fuel. Work is to be completed by July 1. Any gravel delivered after this date will be reduced by $100.00 per day until fulfillment of contract has been met. The board reserves the right to reject any or all of the bids. Stockholm Township is now accepting quotes for the 2013 Mowing Season for the Stockholm Community Center located at 16233 County Road 30 SW, Cokato, MN and the Stockholm Township Cemetery located approximately mile East of the Stockholm Community Center on the North side of the road.
All quotes must be submitted by mail to: Stockholm Township, Attn: Clerk, 15234 County Road 30 SW, Cokato, MN 55321. Quotes must be received by Friday, April 5, 2013. Please include the Mowing & Trimming frequency for the season in your quote. A current Certificate of Insurance must accompany each quote.
