FOR PROBATE OF WILL AND
APPOINTMENT OF PERSONAL
NOTICE TO CREDITORS
Notice is given that on June 12, 2013 at 9:00 a.m. a hearing will be held in this Court at Wright County Govt. Center, 10 2nd St NW, Buffalo, Minnesota for the informal probate of an instrument purporting to be the will of the Decedent, dated June 2, 2000, and for the appointment of Mary Alice Torola, whose address is: 2670 Oliver Avenue SW, Cokato, M 55321 as Personal Representative of the Estate of the Decedent in a SUPERVISED administration.
Any objections to the petition must be filed with the Court prior to or raised at the hearing. If proper and if no objections are filed or raised, the personal representative will be appointed with full power to administer the Estate, including the power to collect all assests, pay all legal debts, claims, taxes, and expenses, to sell real and personal property, and do all necessary acts for the Estate.
Notice is also given that (subject to Minn. Stat. 524.3-801) all creditors having claims against the Estate are required to present the claims to the personal representative or to the Court Administrator within four month after the date of this Notice or the claims will be barred.
A charitable beneficiary may request notice of the probate proceedings be given to the Attorney General pursuant to Minn. Stat. 501B.41, subd. 5.

City Council Declaration
Notice is hereby given that the Cokato City Council, Wright County, Minnesota has declared a City Council Vacancy.
A Letter of Interest along with a completed application is requested from interested candidates to fill the remaining council term expiring December 31st, 2014. All letters and application materials shall be submitted to the city offices no later than 3 p.m., Thursday, June 6th, 2013. An appointment will be considered by the Mayor and City Council at the Regular Council meeting on Monday, June 10th, 2013.
