Notice is hereby given that the Cokato City Council, Wright County, Minnesota has declared a City Council Vacancy.
A Letter of Interest along with a completed application is requested from interested candidates to fill the remaining council term expiring December 31st, 2014. All letters and application materials shall be submitted to the city offices no later than 3 p.m., Thursday, June 6th, 2013. An appointment will be considered by the Mayor and City Council at the Regular Council meeting on Monday, June 10th, 2013.

STOCKHOLM TOWNSHIP PLANNING COMMMISSION
PUBLIC NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR
LIVESTOCK FEEDLOT PERMIT
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT
Notice is hereby given per Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 116, that Forsman Farms, Inc. has made application to the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency and Stockholm Township, Wright County for a permit to construct or expand a feedlot with a capacity of 500 animal units or more.
A public hearing will be held on Thursday, June, 6, 2013 at 7:00 PM at the Stockholm Community Center. Location: 16233 Co. Rd. 30 SW, Cokato, MN. 55321
The existing and/or proposed feedlot will be located in the Northwest of Northwest , Section 1, Stockholm Township 118, Wright County, Minnesota. The existing facility consists of laying hens less than 5 lbs, with a total of 876,000 laying hens (2,625 animal units) in total confinement buildings, one building at 50 feet by 450 feet, three buildings at 40 feet by 456 feet, two buildings at 64 feet by 500 feet, two buildings 98 feet by 450 feet and a manure storage buildings at 40 feet by 160 feet, 40 feet by 400 feet and 98 feet by 250 feet. The proposed project includes two additional 114 foot by 590 foot laying confinement buildings and six 20 feet by 400 feet additions to existing buildings for manure drying. When completed there will be an additional 660,000 laying hens or 1,980 animal units, for a total of 4,608 animal units.
This publication shall constitute as notice to each resident and each owner of real property within 5,000 feet of the perimeter of the proposed feedlot as required by Minnesota State Law.

Lot Splits (2) at
175 Swendra Blvd.
Notice is hereby given that the Cokato Planning & Zoning Commission, Wright County, Minnesota will conduct a public hearing at 6 p.m., Monday, June 10th, 2013 to consider an application from Cokato Development Corporation for two (2) Lot Splits at 175 Swendra Blvd. to achieve future industrial development projects in the North Industrial Park.
Persons wishing to be heard regarding this application from Cokato Development Corporation will have an opportunity to do so at the public hearing.

Notice for Tar Replacement
Kingston Township board is interested in quotes to replace approximately mile of tar on 318th St. Tar will be replaced starting at CSAH 19 going east for approximately mile. The township board is looking into milling and/or reclaiming 3.5 inches of new bituminous. Kingston Township Swimming lessons
Kingston Township will be holding Swimming lessons on July 8 – 19 from 12:00 till 3:30 at the Watkins pool. Any interested Kingston township residents/property owner is eligible for this program. To sign up call township clerk 320-398-8400 before June 25. There will not be any sign up for Kingston Township through the Watkins pool.
