Kingston Township
Kingston Township board is looking for quotes on snow plowing at the Kingston Community Center parking lot. Quotes need to include shoveling sidewalks and keeping doors cleared of ice and snow. All snow must be moved to the South side of the parking lot and piled back beyond the baseball buildings. Snow is not to be piled between buildings or in front of the smaller building next to the community center. CITY OF DASSEL PLANNING COMMISSION
PUBLIC NOTICE
APPLICATION FOR A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Tuesday, October 1, 2013, 7:00 p.m., the Planning Commission will hold a public hearing in the City Hall to consider the application of Andrew Rosenquist for a conditional use permit for property located at 241 6th St S.
The property is zoned R – 2, One and Two Family Residence.
The application, if approved, would permit a multi-family dwelling use for 3 units on the property.
All persons interested are invited to attend said hearing, at which time both oral and written comments may be presented. Written comments may be submitted at any time prior to the Commission meeting.

NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
BY CITY OF DASSEL
FOR RESIDENTIAL SOLID WASTE COLLECTION
The City of Dassel is requesting proposals from experienced residential solid waste haulers for the collection of solid waste from all residential structures in the City of Dassel.
The request for proposal forms can be obtained at Dassel City Hall, 460 Third Street, PO Box 391, Dassel, MN 55325.
ALL PROPOSALS MUST BE RETURNED TO TERRI BOESE, CITY CLERK, 460 THIRD STREET, PO BOX 391, DASSEL MN 55325, NO LATER THAN 4:00 PM, MONDAY, OCTOBER 17, 2013. ANY PROPOSALS RECEIVED AFTER THAT TIME WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED AND WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED.
The parties submitting proposals shall adhere to the following schedule:
• August 21st – October 16th
Period to review the Request for Proposal and prepare the specific proposal. The City will respond to all questions and comments within this time frame.
• October 17th
Proposal submittals before 4:00pm
• October 21st – November 15th
Proposals will be reviewed.
• November 18th
Contract will be awarded.
• November 19th – December 9th
Period to execute contract and activate performance bond and insurance.
• January 1, 2014
Contract commences.
• December 31, 2016
Contract expires/extension (if approved) commences.
All persons submitting a proposal must use the proposal form supplied by the City and must return six (6) copies of the proposal.

Notice is here by given the City of Cokato, Wright County, Minnesota is requesting proposals for Animal Control Services within the city.
The business vendor must have experience to provide animal control impound services for stray dogs and/or cats.
Each proposal received will be evaluated based on experience with references, cost factors and ability to professionally provide animal control services on an ongoing basis. All proposals must be submitted to the city not later than 3 p.m., Wednesday, October 2nd, 2013.
The city reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and waive any irregularities in a proposal in the best interest of the City of Cokato.

The business vendor must have experience to provide commercial cleaning services to perform and maint a variety of floor surfaces such as tile, carpet and wood.
