NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Howard Lake will be holding a public hearing on April 9, 2013 at 7:00 p.m. The public hearing will be conducted at City Hall located at 625 8th Ave. in Howard Lake.
The purpose of the public hearing is to consider a Conditional Use Permit to allow for propane sales at 1025 6th Street.

ASSESSMENT NOTICE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Board of Appeal of the Township of Bergen, McLeod County, Minnesota, will meet at the Office of the Clerk in said Bergen Township Hall, at 7 o’clock P.M. on Thursday, the 4th day of April, 2013, for the purpose of reviewing and correcting the assessment of said Bergen Township for the year, 2013. All persons considering themselves aggrieved by said assessment, or who wish to complain that the property of another is assessed too low, are hereby notified to appear at said meeting and show cause of having such assessment corrected.
No complaint that another person is assessed too low will be acted upon until the person so assessed, or his agent, shall have been notified of such complaint.
