WRIGHT COUNTY PLANNING COMMISSION
NOTICE OF INTENT TO AMEND THE WRIGHT COUNTY ZONING ORDINANCE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Wright County Planning Commission, during its regular meeting on Thursday, May 9, 2013, at 8:00 P.M., will hold a public hearing to consider amending the Wright County Zoning Ordinance. This consideration and discussion will take place in the Commissioners’ Board Room at the Wright County Government Center, Buffalo, Minnesota. Such persons that desire to be heard with reference to the proposed amendments will be heard at this time.
The Wright County Planning Commission will be reviewing and discussing proposed amendments to the Wright County Zoning Ordinance. The proposed amendments include the following changes: 1) Amending Section 302 – Definitions, 2.) Amending the Conditional Uses listed in Section 603.4 and 604.4; 3.) adding section 743 creating an interim conditional use and regulations for Rural Commercial Tourism; and 4.) correcting references and making other miscellaneous corrections.
The period to submit written comments is open until 4:30 p.m. on May 9, 2013. All written comments received by the Wright County Office of Planning and Zoning by this deadline will be guaranteed full consideration by the Planning Commission and the Wright County Board of Commissioners. Written Comments can be mailed or delivered to Wright County Planning and Zoning, 10 2nd N.W., Rm. 140, Buffalo, MN 55313.
