VARIANCE REQUEST
CITY OF WAVERLY
PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Waverly Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing at 7:00 p.m. in the council chambers of Waverly City Hall on Thursday, May 23, 2013 to consider a variance request submitted by Bill Decker for the property located at 203 N. 7th Street, Waverly, Minnesota.
The variance, if granted, would allow the replacement of the existing shed with a 30’ x 30’ garage. A variation of the regulations in the Waverly Zoning Ordinance is proposed for the building height and the building setback from the property line adjacent to Atlantic Avenue.
Interested parties are invited to attend the public hearing in person or by agent or attorney to provide comments in favor or in opposition of the proposed variance application.

PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Howard Lake will be holding a public hearing on May 14, 2013 at 7:00 pm. The public hearing will be conducted at City Hall located at 625 8th Ave. in Howard Lake.
The purpose of the public hearing is to consider a Variance to allow for construction of a deck within 20 feet of rear property line or a 5 foot variance. The proposed project is zoned R-3 Single and Two Family Parcel located at 1199 Woodland Drive.
