CORRECTED PUBLIC NOTICE
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED, in accordance with the Lester Prairie Municipal Code, Section 5.1 Zoning, and Section 5.1.13 Changes and Amendments, that the Lester Prairie Planning & Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on June 4th, 2013 at 7:15 p.m. in city hall.
The purpose of said public hearing is to receive public input, orally or in writing, personally, by agent or attorney, regarding the rezoning of property. The property is located within the City limits of Lester Prairie.
The request is to change the zoning an R-1 District for Single and Two Family Dwellings to B-1 Business District.
The rezoning request is to allow construction of an approximate 32’ x 56’ building addition and a 20’ wing section, (approximately 2,112 square feet) to the existing City Maintenance Garage and to change the zoning classification of the property accordingly.
The property is located at 18/20 Oak Street North. The current legal description of the property is: Lots 18 & 19, Block 14, Lester Prairie Townsite. The property is currently owned by the City of Lester Prairie. All persons desiring to be heard will be given an opportunity to address the Planning & Zoning Commission.

Notice is given that an Application for Informal Probate of Will and Informal Appointment of Personal Representative was filed with the Registrar, along with a Will dated August 31, 2012.
