A Chapter 11 bankruptcy case concerning the time share Crown Point Council of Co-Owners, No.: 1:11-17616 was filed on November 30, 2011, and the U.S. Bankruptcy Court has conditionally approved the disclosure statement. A Chapter 11 plan has been filed by the debtor, Crown Point. Under this plan, the time-share holders have an opportunity to vote on the plan. In addition, the time-share holders may exchange their time share for another time share interest. Time share holders who chose to exchange their interests will have an additional sixty (60) days from the confirmation of the plan to take action.
