PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Waverly Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing at 7:00 p.m. in the council chambers of Waverly City Hall on Thursday, July 18, 2013 to consider a variance request submitted by Clint Winger for the property located at 109 Atlantic Avenue, Waverly, Minnesota.
The variance, if granted, would allow the placement of an existing garage on the property. A variation of the regulations in the Waverly Zoning Ordinance is proposed for the building height.
Interested parties are invited to attend the public hearing in person or by agent or attorney to provide comments in favor or in opposition of the proposed variance application.

WRIGHT COUNTY PLANNING COMMISSION NOTICE OF INTENT TO AMEND THE WRIGHT COUNTY ZONING ORDINANCE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Wright County Planning Commission, during its regular meeting on Thursday, July 18, 2013, at 8:00 P.M., will hold a public hearing to consider amending the Wright County Zoning Ordinance. This consideration and discussion will take place in the Commissioners’ Board Room at the Wright County Government Center, Buffalo, Minnesota. Such persons that desire to be heard with reference to the proposed amendments will be heard at this time.
The Wright County Planning Commission will be reviewing and discussing proposed amendments to the Wright County Zoning Ordinance. The proposed amendments include the following changes: 1) Amending Section 302 – Definitions, 2) Amending the Conditional Uses listed in Section 603.4 and 604.4; 605.4; 606.4, 606a.4 to include Township Halls 3) creating conditional use and regulations for Rural Commercial Tourism; and 4) correcting references and making other miscellaneous corrections.
The period to submit written comments is open until 4:30 p.m. on July 18, 2013. All written comments received by the Wright County Office of Planning and Zoning by this deadline will be guaranteed full consideration by the Planning Commission and the Wright County Board of Commissioners. Written Comments can be mailed or delivered to Wright County Planning and Zoning, 10 2nd N.W., Rm. 140, Buffalo, MN 55313.

NOTICE OF POSTPONEMENT OF MORTGAGE FORECLOSURE SALE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the mortgage foreclosure sale referred to in the foregoing Notice of Mortgage Foreclosure Sale has been postponed from: June 18, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. to August 27, 2013 at 10:00 a.m.
Said sale will be held at the main office of the Wright County Sheriff, 3800 Braddock Avenue NE, in the City of Buffalo, County of Wright, State of Minnesota.
Unless said mortgage is reinstated or the property redeemed, or unless the time for redemption is reduced by judicial order, you must vacate the premises by 11:59 p.m. on February 27, 2014.
