YOU ARE NOTIFIED THAT:
1. Default has occurred in the conditions of the Mortgage dated December 21, 2004, executed by Kalvin J. Oswskey and Shannon M. Oswskey, husband and wife, as joint tenants, as mortgagors, to Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., as mortgagee, and recorded on December 27, 2004 as Document Number A940617, in the office of the County Recorder of Wright County, Minnesota. 2. The original principal amount secured by the Mortgage was $164,640.00.

Requests a variance of Section 403, 502.2, 605.5(2) & (3) & 612 of the Wright County Zoning Ordinance to allow modifications and expansions of the existing dwelling that is 60 ft. from the ordinary high-water mark of lake and 14.2 ft. from the southeast property line as follows: Partially remove and add a 2 ft. cantilever to existing main-level dwelling, a new 181 sq. ft. main level addition attaching the house to the existing garage, and a new 563 sq. ft. one-half story above the dwelling that includes 3 ft. of cantilever. REASON A VARIANCE IS NEEDED: Expansion of substandard buildings, minimum setbacks are 15’ from principal structure (house and attached garage) to side property lines, 75’ from ordinary high-water mark of lake and 65’ from centerline of local/town roads. Maximum coverage by buildings is 15% and no more than 25% impervious coverage.
