DESCENT OF PROPERTY
A Petition for Determination of Descent has been filed with this Court. The Petition represents that the Decedent died more than three years ago, leaving property in Minnesota and requests the probate of Decedent’s last will, dated October 10, 1972, if any, and the descent of such property be determined and assigned by this Court to the persons entitled to the property.
Any objections to the Petition must be filed with the Court prior to or raised at the hearing. If proper, and no objections are filed or raised, the Petition may be granted.
Notice is further given, that the Petition will be heard on October 8, 2013, at 9:00 a.m. by this Court at the Wright County Government Center, Ten Second Street Northwest, Buffalo, Minnesota.
(1) Notice shall be given to all interested persons (Minn. Stat. 524.1-401) and persons who have filed a demand for notice pursuant to Minn. Stat. 524.3-204.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on Thursday, August 8, 2013 the Wright County Planning Commission will hold a hearing in the County Commissioner’s Board Room at the Wright County Government Center, in the City of Buffalo, Minnesota at 8:00 p.m. to consider the following item:

Petitions for a Conditional Use Permit as regulated in Section 505, 611, 612.5(1)(a) & 728 of the Wright County Zoning Ordinance to allow a land alteration in excess of 500 cubic yards to bring in approximately 2220 cubic yards of fill to create a building pad for a dwelling. Lake Charlotte has a FEMA designated floodplain elevation and much of the fill will be placed within the floodplain.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given, that on Tuesday, August 13, 2013 the Middleville Township Board of Adjustment will hold a hearing at the Middleville Township Hall at 7:00 pm to consider the following item:
David & Janel Koosman are requesting a lot line variance for the purpose of splitting off approximately 40 acres of their property (PID #212-000-041100) to sell to Scott Elfmann. This 40 acres is farm land only and will have no building entitlement. The proposed split does not contain a complete quarter of a quarter of a section of land, which is the reason a variance is required, according to ordinance.
Such persons that desire to be heard with reference to the proposed variance will be heard at this time. If you do not attend the hearing or submit written comment, it will be assumed that you have no objections to the proposal.
