NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Howard Lake will be holding a public hearing on August 13, 2013 at 7:00 pm. The public hearing will be conducted at City Hall located at 625 8th Ave. in Howard Lake.
The purpose of the public hearing is to consider a modification to a Conditional Use Permit to allow for an addition at Orchard Christian Church [800 5th Avenue South].

PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Waverly Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing at 7:00 p.m. in the council chambers of Waverly City Hall on Thursday, August 15, 2013 to consider a variance request submitted by Mark Karels for the property located at 805 Pacific Avenue, Waverly, Minnesota.
The variance, if granted, would allow the construction of a building addition on the south side of Waverly Café to accommodate kitchen expansion for the relocation of Fat Matt’s Pizza. A variation of the regulations in the Waverly Zoning Ordinance is proposed for a rear yard setback of 8 feet to the south property line.
Interested parties are invited to attend the public hearing in person or by agent or attorney to provide comments in favor or in opposition of the proposed variance application.
