Upon receiving and filing the Report of the Examiner of Titles in the above-entitled matter, IT IS ORDERED, that you, and all persons interested, appear before this Court on October 9, 2013 at 9:00 a.m. in the Wright County Government Center, and then, or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, show cause, if there is any, why this Court should not enter an Order as follows:
That the Registrar of Titles, upon the filing of a certified copy of this Order, cancel Certificate of Title No. 5649, and enter a new Certificate of Title in favor of Petitioner, for the parcel described in Certificate of Title No. 5649, subject to all existing recitals, but free from all memorials appearing thereon, except the Document No. 5780, the last of which is Document No. 29400, and free also from the memorial of the Order herein.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, that this Order to Show Cause be served:
(a) at least ten (10) days before the hearing upon the above-named parties residing in the State in the manner provided by law for the service of a Sumons in a civil action;
(b) at least fourteen days before the hearing upon each of the above-named nonresidents by sending a copy of this Order to the nonresident’s post office adress, by Registered or Certified mail, return receipt requested.
(c) upon each of the above-named parties who cannot be found by two weeks published notice and by sending a copy of this Order at least fourteen days before the hearing by first class mail to the last known address of the party and by sending another copy of this Order at least 14 days before the hearing by first class mail to the address of such party as stated on the Certificate of Title if an address is so stated;
(d) upon a dissolved, withdrawn, or revoked business entity governed by Minn. Stat., Chp. 302A, 303, 317A, 322A, 322B, or 323 in the manner provided by Minn. Stat. §5.25. (Note: return date on Order to Show Cause must be at least 30 days after date of mailing by the Secretary of State.

COUNTY AGRICULTURAL INSPECTOR
As per the requirements of Minnesota Statutes, Section 18.80, the Wright County Board of Commissioners is seeking to appoint an individual as Wright County Agricultural Inspector. The position is responsible for enforcement of the provisions of the state’s noxious weed laws, as well as rules promulgated by the Department of Agriculture regarding agricultural inspectors. The inspector will have contact with landowners regarding noxious weed issues. All functions of this position will be performed on an as needed basis, with hours varying seasonally.
This position will be filled and supervised by the Wright County Board of Commissioners, with compensation based on experience and qualifications. The agricultural inspector will be an independent contractor, responsible for providing his/her own vehicle, equipment and liability coverage. Wright County is seeking to enter into an annual contract, with compensation to be paid monthly.
