REASON A VARIANCE IS NEEDED: Minimum setback from lake is 75’ from Ordinary High-water Mark of Lake; 65’ from centerline of town road. Existing cabin that is living space does not qualify for a “water-oriented” structure and because of height restrictions. Fill placement is currently being reviewed by the Planning Commission.
